I have a 2007 Mack CV713 with the E7 AI460 engine  that has failed emissions for the past several years. This truck is allowed 20% But is running 59.4% on the snap test.. The engine was replaced with a genuine Remanufactured Mack engine in 2016. In 2017 we replaced turbo, thermostat, muffler, EUP’s.  In 2018 we replaced  air to air, ran the overhead.  I have sent the truck to the dealership(I do not have a scanner) and had them check over it And according to the the dealer everything is within spec. My knowledge  with Mack is limited.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
