if the turbo ain't working, it will look like a steam locomotive going down the road with all the black smoke pouring out of the exhaust. 

when you are up to your armpits in alligators,

it is hard to remember you only came in to drain the swamp..

if this is the original 673 turbo engine (205Hp) try not to push it beyond its 205 HP capabilities. I believe they just slapped a turbo on this engine without any upgrades such as piston pin cooling and bottom end upgrades. There is more info about this engine on this sight somewhere. This was a very smooth sounding diesel. Eventually this engine went to 225 Hp and 250 HP before it was eclipsed by the 237 maxidyne.
