05 CV713 Fan Solenoid Question

Hello everyone, 05 CV713 Dump Truck 370 hp.  The fan used to come on at around 180- 185 eventually the fan solenoid went bad and i replaced it. Now the temps will go as high as 210-215 and the fan is still not coming on. is'nt this too high (or hot). Could use some feed back on a remedy, Thanks
