Might be easiest to buy a universal cable and cut and crimp the drive end on, assuming the housing is o.k.

Years ago, there was a lot of interchangeability with parts.  Not like the parts disaster these days.

If you would like a complete cable assembly, it is an AC CC-3 approx 61" long.  Here is a link to show an example. You may be able to scout around and find a better price.  I needed a complete cable for an E and called a Ford supplier for a 1934 Ford and the cable assembly fit perfectly.  Scroll over the picture and you can compare the fittings at the end.
