I agree, awesome fleet and it's cool that they make the trip to Macungie on what seems like a regular basis.

What a neat way to present the progression of super clean Mack trucks.

I had a chance to chat with them at Gerhart's last year and they seemed like a swell bunch of guys.

That’s because they are a swell bunch of guys.

Thx for posting Jim.  It was quite a display seeing them all lined up.  Talk about a commitment to the show.  I would not want the fuel bill.

Very generous guy I would say.

So you guys that are in the area.  His regular trucks that are "in service" have this same clean look?

so just a thought I wonder how many 20'' hubs were cast back in the day like the ones on that B81???? that couldn't have been a big seller when most B80's had 22's or 24's

A B-833 from my past had 22" on the front and 20" on the rear.  It had pulled a Michigan Centipede.  Must have been a midwest deal?

Different look than a NE/NY spec.

Jim

It doesn't cost anything to pay attention.

There was one of them at the South Bend show that was banged up pretty good in transit. Something went through the left windshield and I think bent up the roof too. Believe it was an R model but don't remember for sure as it was getting dark when I seen it.
