Where is the governor I can't find it anywhere....I have a 1994 ms200p. .. air over hydraulic brakes

I can be mounted directly to the air compressor itself, or remote from it. If a remote installation follow the plastic lines from the air compressor to the governor.

The compressor only has one line that goes to the tank...... a mechanic told me some trucks do not use governor as governors are mostly common on larger conventional american trucks..... he said some trucks simply blow off the excess air when the pressure in the tanks are maxed

Myself I have never seen that type "Bleeder" scenario enacted in trucks. There will only be a single output line to the compressor wet tank but a sensing line that is fed back to the governor in systems I am familiar with. I ran four Mid-Liners in service with air brakes and all used governors in their air systems.
