How hard would it be to change over to linkage for a "92" e-9 and how much work? The pedal squeals if I hammer it down and I know it's gonna fail one of these days. rick harper Posted December 13, 2005 Share Posted December 13, 2005 find a truck with an e9 engine with mechanical throttle setup. give your local mack dealer the serial number and let him duplicate the parts for you. it shouldn't be that hard for you or the parts man as long as you have a model and serial number to work off from. i have two arrangements for you. for cab use 2QB4656 and chassis arrangement use 2QB5360. those numbers came from rw613-1352 which is a superliner II with air ride cab. that should get you fixed up. whether the parts are still available thru mack is another story. I believe they were made by Williams Controls, who are still in business- have you tried them for parts?
