2014 truck was running great then started missing and low coolant light came on. Oil is way over full with coolant. Towed it home and there’s coolant coming from turbo exhaust output but don’t think it’s the turbo. Tried pressure testing and won’t hold any pressure and have pulled egr cooler inlet and outlet they are dry. Injector cups? What’s most common with these?

Cracked head? If you have coolant exiting the turbo, more than likely you have coolant entering a cylinder. If not from the egr cooler, could be a head problem. Pull the oil pan and pressurize the cooling system and you should see where it's coming from. I've got an mp7 I'm rebuilding now for a leaking liner. It washed out one cylinder, but obviously I didn't have coolant in the exhaust.

It had a broken valve and crack in the liner. Replaced the whole engine and gonna rebuild this one for spare since we have more then 1 of these trucks

When they go does it drop the valve head into the cylinder and beat it to destruction?

It can !How ever if you catch it soon enough your best case senerio is to ! replace PISTON ,LINER  ,HEAD,   most likley  TURBO and possibly oil pump! Its a fairly pricey fix! because the piston is skirtless valve peices cock piston  to one side when it gets to the top and the small piston skirt area cracks the liner when it cocks! we have  Seen this happen a few times now  ! Its not a frequent thing like cups or anything ,  just a happening!
