I am converting a 1999 Mack RD from a tanker to a dump truck.  I am going to be installing a hot-shift PTO in this truck and would like to have it so when the truck exceeds 5 or 10mph it turns off the PTO.  I don't currently have the software to program this, but I am in the process of getting it. Can anyone tell me where the wiring to tie into this is? And how it should be hooked up?  I know I need to use a relay, but is the signal from the ECM + or -?   The oldest wiring diagram I can find is from 2000 and I am not sure if it is the same as the this truck.  Any help would be appreciated.
