ws721 Posted April 21, 2020 Share Posted April 21, 2020 This may be a dumb question but... I have been looking for an air ride seat for my over the road truck. Easy enough except I want a Red seat. Cant find one any where. Also as its going in a COE I don't want a wide seat. Plus I don't want to grow into the width of the seat. My current seat is comfortable but its Tan. When you open the door on a COE its staring you in the face. My interior is red. Is it to much to ask for a Red seat? Quote Remember if it's got a hood it's no good! AZB755V8 Posted April 21, 2020 Share Posted April 21, 2020 If you like the seat except the color, change the color. Reupholster it in the color red you want, it'll cost less than a new seat anyway. X2 on having a new cover made or dying the material. I had the seat cover from a seat taken apart to provide the pattern for some new material and it turn out great. It was a while ago and was about $500 which was less than a new seat. Dying is OK but might show wear in a work truck fairly quickly. Quote JimIt doesn't cost anything to pay attention.
