Just like any cab swap it's going to take some fabrication. If the current E model chasis was on decent shape I wouls rather drop the 12V into the E model myself. It's been done a few times I've came across a few pictures of a E model with a 12V.

FYI, I set a 12v with trans, in my EE.  Only problem I found was that the battery wire stud would not clear the steering box by about an inch.  12v came out of a 127k mile F-700 with truck mounts (not the car mounts used in pick ups) and the mounts lined up with the stock mounting points.  In the meantime I found another complete EE with a remanned engine and trans, so opted to stay stock.  If anyone is interested in parts, I have the complete F-700 and 48 EE sitting in dry Eastern Washington.
