I have a 2001 RD688 Tandem dump 15' body, I think I'm the third owner.

My problem is that the trolley brake leaver that should become live for the trailer after the trailer air is activated is live all the time.

When the trailer valve is activated I have no trailer air at the rear port.

High pressure brake air is present at the rear but no trailer brake air.

Looking for answers if anyone can help

Recent problem or did you just aquire it and you're trying to figure out what's going on?  How's your tractor protection valve?

Do you have your lines hooked up right to the trailer? One is a supply line to the trailer air tanks, the other is a signal line. Sometimes trailers/trucks get the fittings switched up because an idiot worked on it.
