2007 cxn613 E7

Question

Two problems, first the truck can idle all day in the canadian winter morning and not get any heat until i drive it about 5-10 km. Second the truck with engine oil temp at 190 has less than 10 psi of oil pressure and with acceleration will just reach 18-20psi. It has only one active code for compressor discharge temperature SID 270. The truck never use to fall below 10 psi and would reach to 30 with acceleration, which is normal for this engine. Under 20 psi with acceleration it has less power with turbo not working good and can see oil coming from blowby tube. I had the injector o rings replaced at mack because one leaked and diesel was mixing with oil. The sample came back good after a month of driving but oil pressure never came back. It has 50-60 psi of pressure in the morning when cold and drives normal up to when engine oil temperature reaches at 150. If anyone has any idea or has had this problem. Thanks

How does the engine brake operate? Low oil pressure will have an effect on the engine brake. Does this also happen when the engine oil new? There are many things that can cause this issue, worn engine bearings, bad oil pressure sensor and oil leaking out of rocker shafts.

Can you "T" in a pressure gauge at the oil pressure sensor? Using a "T" allows you to put the sensor back in so the engine doesnt shut down from not reading oil pressure...

The engine brake once the oil pressure goes down does not work properly. When I change the oil it runs good for a couple weeks but get the same problem again. All I sea is lots of smoke coming out of where you fill oil when engine is hot. The most recent oil sample said 3 percent fuel. When I change the oil truck runs like new for 2 weeks. Oil Temprature hardly goes above 190. It is the engine oil psi I am talking about with new oil stays around 10-15 hot idle and goes to 30-40 with acceleration. Once the pressure goes down 8-10 hot idle and doesn't go up to 20 psi with acceleration and has low power. I drive in city. Thanks for the help.

The oil pressure sensor works fine because just had it changed and I have more pressure when engine is cold and less when it's hot. This is a 2007 mack vision cxn613 e7 engine not sure of exact type.
