I just got a B61 and I’m converting it from 24 volts to 12. I know you run the wire from push button to solenoid, positive from batteries to starter and negative to frame but the couple other wires that I disconnected from solenoid and parallel switch in cab...do use them or tie them up and I’m also removing generator amd putting on a single wire alternator from Brillmans. On that I guess I run wire to battery from alternator? Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes, one large cable from alt to batteries.

The extra wires on parallel switch? Those might be power wires to dash and such.  I forget what I did with mine(been 20 yrs).  You might have to test them and see.  Depends on what terminals they were hooked to?
