In the process of installing a new clutch and rear main seal. With that being said, I have oil residue around the flywheel housing. Is there any suprises to removing it to reseal? Looks like remove oil pan, support rear of engine, remove starter and rear motor mounts and then remove housing? Does it seal with a gasket or gasket maker? Thanks in advance

The housing is resealed with silicone. Dont forget to make sure that the upper timing cover is flat with the cylinder head when you reinstall it. Otherwise you will create another oil leak. As for the job, it is pretty straight forward.
