Thanks for the add.
Working the FEMA fire cleanup in northern CA and helping a buddy with his 2012 Pinnacle CXU613. AC pump has no power and not getting air to the defrost. Fan works on all settings. Confirmed all fuses in both panels are good. The truck did not come with a diagram for the panels. Still trying to locate a good diagram via online. Was able to find the cab and sleeper relays in the top panel. Replaced both as well as the HVAC control module. Took the ducts off and confirmed the blend door actuators are not getting power from the module. Heater core does get hot but blend door is stuck on AC. AC evaporator was plugged with crap (clean now) so the air was restricted. I have traced all the wiring for rat damage or wear, None. Can’t find a pinout for the HVAC module. (Anyone?)
It appears to be an electrical issue. We are hoping its just a fuse or relay somewhere we haven’t seen.
Has anyone here had a similar issue? Anyone have the locations for the fuses/relays?
We need to work tomorrow so I am going to try and manually set the doors to defrost and hot and put it back together.
Thanks…..
