We have a froze up disc brake on a drive tire. We have tried everything we can think of to get it to cut lose. No luck. Rocking the truck, reverse then forward…nothing. It heated up while trying to pull forward so, Im not sure it’s actually frozen even tho it has been cold and now snowing. we did cage the can and cut off the air….still didn’t help. Any advice? Any ideas? Thanks!

Were you able to get the pads out of it and inspect all the boots and stuff like that? It’s starting to sound like a bad chamber to me if all else is working as should be.

did you take the service line off the can to see if air is by-passing internally in brake chamber  ? parking brake air is putting service brake on enough to heat the wheel. if that's the case, there should be air leak also out quick release valve.
