todays news is showing the picture and saying packages will be late. seems to me if the trailer had partial load it would have slid back rapidly and flipped the entire unit over board. full load should have kept weight on trailer . no one hurt that's the important thing.

The guard rail/barrier is the real protector here as I look at it. It appears to be precast concrete, if yes, then it has not collapsed on impact and after with the weight of the van and truck above. That's dam good concrete, made when quality was taken seriously.
