in my situation, the left ear doesn't work at all, laying on creeper welding a rear end housing. spark was dead on going in the ear. that's a saturday. do you think on Sunday when this Polak went back to finish so unit was ready monday am  i would have put ear plugs or something in the ear!!!  NOPE, shot number two same spot. the burn crinkling feeling. at this point, i would need the old fashion horn from old record player for the left ear LOL😄

its funny how those sparks know how to aim for youre ear,, it happened to me several times, and I still dont use ear plugs..  jojo :)

I think i have hear the sparks hit a puddy of water cause i have hear the sizzling when it went in my ear.

Been driving lately and it got to the point where it was bad enough to exactly pinpoint it and it's the harmonic balancer. Very loud now. It's Parked and I'm ordering a new one tonight. Also gonna cut the filters on it to look for metal flake.
