I have a 2008 chu613 and when the truck suspension airs up the "Air Suspension pressure" gauge in the dash reads 100psi. is this normal? thought it might act as a load pressure gauge but I'm assuming not. I've replaced the pressure sensor/switch on the front left air bag, and nothing changed. if it's just to read the air bag pressure and not for load pressure what are some good options and places to get one, i don't want anything cheap and chincy? thanks

Average on any 4 bag tandem suspension is 60-70psi with legal axle load weight shouldn't be more than 20psi empty.  If it just reads 100 all the time something is wrong.  A gauge that will read in load weight requires calibration and is no more accurate than learning what the truck weighs based on bag pressure.  If the sensor is tied in at a bag fitting then it should be in the right place.

update: upon further investigation it was a bad connection at the sensor. one of the pins in the 3-pin harness had pushed out and it wasn't making a connection. thank you everyone for all of your help. ROLL ON!!!!
