Hennis Freight Lines , Newly Restored H Model

Recommended Posts

Thank you for posting that flyer. It is also "Train Day" at the Transportation Museum, so there will be many Railroad Buffs there to explain their very large train museum.. Now I am thinking about going up there with my DT instead of the Waynesville NC show.. Somebody messed up in the scheduling.. Three shows in NC on the same date as there is also a show in Kenley at the Petro. The eastern edition of the Walcott Jamboree!!

Yes it seems like this time of the year everybody is having something on a Saturday, it’s hard to make all of them, I’m with you, I’ll probably go to the NC Museum Show , I have a bunch of old Hennis Pictures from my Dad I’m going to try to copy and take to the show.

Like me you are a lot closer to the Waynesville show.. Easy to make it a one day round trip. And the construction is about 6 of one and a half dozen of the other between I-26 and I-85!!

The Hennis "C" model Mack, that resides in the Ashville area, might be there also???
