0 BOBWhite Posted May 8, 2022 Share Posted May 8, 2022 Its a great motor but Ive heard bad things about the later ones with the 6 individual injection pumps (forgot what that was called) I don't know much about the newer ones but the old ones were great motors. A rebuild at only half a million is kinda odd but depending on what it did before that could be normal. 0 Luis quinones 369 Posted May 9, 2022 Author Share Posted May 9, 2022 Well I kinda bought the truck sight unseen and it apparently had all kinds of issues even down to the fuel tanks leaking and needed new heads amongst a host of other things.
