mcratchet1 Posted June 10, 2022 Share Posted June 10, 2022 I have 07 mr688s some morning it takes about 10 mins to build air most days only about 2 mins. I replaced governor check for air leaks and serviced dryer. Replaced filter and purge valve. I have had this truck 2 year I don’t when air compressor was changed. Onyx610 Posted June 11, 2022 Share Posted June 11, 2022 (edited) Getting oil in the tanks? You could have a stuck unloader valve. Take them out and clean them. Or just get a unloader valve kit. Onyx610 Posted June 11, 2022 Share Posted June 11, 2022 Oil in the tanks means compressor is on the way out, there is an allowable limit of oil to water. Oil in the air system ruins air dryers and creates problems for the air valves.
