Our beloved 67' has a no start issue.

New rebuilt starter, part number is Delco 1113700

Brand new parallel switch part number is 240-12000

We took it off carefully, keeping track where everything went wire wise.

I've been at this for a few days now trying to get her to fire.

The motor spins, the batteries were load tested and good, replaced a few cruddy looking wires.

I'm lost...

Just called P&M, he said we're going to test to make sure the switch works.

your statement " the motor spins" ; to be on the same page ; what motor spins ? starter motor spins or the engine motor spins. not trying to be a wise guy ;; just  wondering. if the engine spins  == different diagnostic area. if starter motor spins and engine isn't i  would consider the starter has wrong drive gear. looking at the picture i will say I'm not a fan of the clamp style battery terminals . brand new OK  down the road they create problems.

Ya, what is "motor spins"?  The starter spins while on the bench?  Starter spins while installed on motor? (Wrong bendix).

Does nothing while installed on engine?  Wiring or s/p switch issue.
