It is reported (see obituary of R. E. Fulton, NYTimes 5/1/1938) that Robert Edison Fulton, Sr. was president of Mack Trucks somewhere during the 1920's.  Can anyone confirm?  His name does not show up on the list generated by the Mack Trucks Museum site.  His son was a famous inventor and traveller, R. E. Fulton, Jr., died 2004.

Further research answers my question:  As sales manager (1911-1913) and vice-president of sales (1913-1922), Fulton coordinated the sales campaigns of both Saurer and Mack from 1911 to 1922 when the firm was reorganized as Mack Truck Inc. As president of its associated distribution arm, International Mack Truck Co., Fulton directed the sales of Mack Trucks up until his retirement in 1935.   He was not president of Mack Trucks, but of International Mack Truck Co.
