I have one from one of my trucks that is sagging a bit from a mouse nest that I plan to use as a pattern to make a new one. We will see how that goes. If it works well, perhaps there is a market for a cheap pattern for those that are not making a "correct" restoration.

Anyone have pattern for the B model headliner?  $800 for a piece of cardboard is a little steep for my pocket.  I'll try and make one for that kind of dough.

I have one of the repro headliners that was taken out of my B-61. You might be able to make it work or at least use as a pattern. Be glad send it for the shipping.

I have pieces of one that I am going try to use as a pattern.  I think if we are going to keep these trucks going we as a community are going to need to start thinking out of the box.  There will be a definite market for a pattern, even if we have to sew it.  Or pay someone to sew it.

Why did you take it out and why would someone have the "make it work"?. Is there a problem with the repro's?.

I replaced the repro with a factory NOS one. The repro headliner is done in three pieces and sags where the side pieces meet the center section after awhile. There are no attachment points in the cab roof. The factory liner is much stiffer and in one piece.
