Update, I changed the engine shutdown relay and it has yet to shut down on me since. I find it very hard to believe that was the issue as the previous owner spent a lot of time and money trying to solve this problem. BUT, it was the original relay. We started harvest now so the truck will be getting used daily. I'll keep updating. I'm glad it is fixed.. I figured it was a relay...
