2004 cx613 instrument panel

Question

Hey guys my dash is taking the inevitable crap that seems to be normal for these. Im getting the seatbelt light and buzzer for the low air as it comes on and goes off. I have looked everywhere and no place has it part number is 85149388. Everywhere is on backorder with no availability date. Anyone have one? I was wondering if there would be a way to make my own gauge panel using the existing wire harness to feed electric gauges. It has the acet 427 so i know it all runs through the computer and dont want to screw anything up. I have to get running soon im losing money with it just sitting. I have been able to bring it back to life for the last few months but pretty sure its gzve up the ghost. Thanks im sure someone will have an answer or idea.

Larry,  Can you remove the cluster and then remove the back panel to inspect the condition of the circuit board?  also,,  this is a stretch, but I did this for my Home heating system. I used my Fluke meter to OHM out all the resistors diodes and the other ones I cant name..  what I did was, picked out the ones that looked the same with the same striping, and ohm'd them..  I found one that was different from the other same one's..  I didnt have spec's, just saw it was different..   For me I was able to buy a mother board and fix my home heater..  5 years ago, still heating now.  my point is... if you find a "like" diode/resistor/capacitor, with a different value...  maybe you could get a new one and solder it in to replace the bed one..   I know I am reaching out on this, but I'm not full of crap either..  We dont have parts at our disposal, so we have to go back to being mechanic's again...   Hell you may find one in an old T.V. or something and melt it out to re-use it..   I have a kickass hand held soldering iron that will get it done.. I used it a few hours ago to repair a broken ABS sensor wire in my Wife's Avalanche..   $30.00 re-chargeable hand held tool,, on Amazon...   Jojo  :)

Thanks mack pro and Jojo I appreciate the help but Jojo I have no clue when it comes to those circuit boards I took the cover off and didn't see anything that looked burnt up or felt loose but I definitely am out of my ability zone as far as testing any of that stuff. I seen a couple places that repair clusters Hopefully they can do something with this one . I can't believe I can't find one anywhere I got a couple more boneyard to call but then I'm out of options.  I  figured if I could figure out the harness I could just wire up my own gauge panel but would have to figure out how to get the low air buzzer and light to work. Everything else should be the same as running new gauges minus the circuit board. I just don't know how the cruise control and the lightning bolt light would need wired. Really hoping I can pull a rabbit out of my hat, she's a good truck and only has 337000 on her was getting ready to get the rest of the stuff fixed on her but can't justify it until I get gauges back. Really not in the position to comfortably go buy another truck right now either. I believe I could ride the old dog out a few more years for sure but this stupid cluster is the only thing standing in my way.

Is there any way to use the newer style cluster or does the acet computer prevent me from using it? Didn't know if I could just wire up the newer style pigtail to my harness and upgrade tge dash. They look tge same other than the gauge layout and light panel. Jojo or Mackpro got any idea if it would work? I'm really pulling straws at this point.

On your truck all the sensors and sending units are wired  to the engine ecm ( EECU) or vechicle ecm ( VECU). The EECU and VECU send the info on the high speed data link to the dash cluster. There are no individual wires from the sensors/sending units to the dash cluster/guages .
