Hi the aluminium front motor mount snapped on my 54 LTL so I had a steel replacement made up to do the job. It looks like there is a wear ring pressed onto the nose of the block that sits inside the mount allowing some rotational movement. That has worn thin on the bottom side and needs replacing (as photo).
I would welcome any suggestions where to obtain that part and other old Cummins parts.

many thanks!

Paul

My 51 LJ has the same set up, not sure if they have that but may know where you can find one, Call Ralph Mahoney & Sons, you can find there numbers on the internet. I put a Jake brake on my 220 Cummins and spoke with Tom Mahoney, Super Nice people. He fixed me up with all the gaskets I needed.

From what I see in your photos, if that sleeve presses on and is designed to wear, it wouldn’t be very hard to have one machined up if you can’t find a new one. It may not need to be hardened if it’s purpose is to wear, either.
