Just had this beauty come into the shop. Truck is in very good condition. Great looking truck. A couple of back yard mechanics have worked on it and have the wiring way off. Then it comes here. It's been years since I worked on a positive ground system. If I remember, the coils wire negative side to distributor on both ground systems. Am I correct in my thinking? Also, an electric fuel pump has been added. Came in here with a manual regulator set at 3 lbs. pressure. is this correct?

Thanks

Yes  I believe you are right on both of them call for 3 to 4 pound pressure on the fuel put a pyrometer on it a few inches past the exhaust manifold and watch your temperature it will go to 1500 degrees real quick
