Hello, welcome aboard..  ( 8-? codes are the eup's)  8-1--- 8-6..  8-5 is the #5 EUP..8-9 is a code related to all of the EUP's.  check the wires that run behind them for cracks and exposed wires.  DO NOT BUY A EUP AT THIS TIME !!!.............   You can also check the J1 plug on the EECU for corrosion.
