the worse part is trying to find an oldies  station playing music from my high school days!!!!  so called oldies stations are playing tunes from 80'-90's.  LOL .  I'm a 50's-60's old bast--d. challenging to look at those pictures of 50's /60's street rod knowing ;; they were brand new in my early driving days.🤣🤣

same here. "oldies" these days is heavy metal from the 90's.

i guess the new breed considers 50's like we had is what the flinstones listened to.

i have a 128 gig thumb drive i use.

it has about three weeks of music on it.

combination of 60's and 70's rock, and 50's through 80's country music.

Was given a tube of my old posters the other day

Dunno if you lot call them posters in Yanky land, but they are what were once in the middle of magazines and some had a foxy lady, some had a truck or hot rod and some had both

Looking at that old TV set  reminds me of a cool old people story my dad and I were at an amusement park way way long ago when I was very young my pup was getting tired and wanted to leave of course I did not and this is how he bribed me don’t you want to go home and watch Jackie Gleason and highway patrol and it worked I said oh OK let’s go   and as I mentioned before my wife would say you never remember anything important oh no? That was important ha ha.

back then there was way less time to do a bathroom run; there was more of a show and less commercials. unlike today 4 minutes of show then 8-10 minutes of commercials. for an ole bast--d like me today is better ; seems more trips to bathroom sooner. be great if I was a TV person. LOL

it is official, i am an old fart.
i just signed up for Social Security Benefits.
i was going to wait until i retire, but realized i will not retire until the day after my funeral. so what the hell, i might as well take the money while i can still use it.
