I have a 1999 Mack CH 613. The engine froze and blew a hole in the oil cooler housing. Then noticed water leaking on passenger side from block. Not from freeze plugs, there are very small holes under the freeze/ expansion plugs.  Can someone tell me that’s going on. Does it mean my engine block is cracked

Sure sounds like it. There are others on here who will be along shortly that may know of a simple test you could do to find out. If the oil cooler broke and small holes appeared near the freeze plugs there is likely damage other places too.

Oh Hell....   can you post some pics?  You can use a coolant system pressure tester to see the leaks... you may have to drain the oil and leave the plug out while pressure testing to see if coolant pours out...    Sorry Bud....    jojo
