I scraped the crud off the housing walls. Thanks. Draggin Wagon Posted April 28, 2023 Share Posted April 28, 2023 If you got black fuel in filter housing, you may be having algae problems in fuel system which is going to ruin your play time. Can you drain some fuel from bottom of tank to see if it is black also. If it is, you need to do a system flush. mechohaulic Posted April 28, 2023 Share Posted April 28, 2023 I wouldn't think twice about draining system completely and start all new fuel. cost of the new fuel has to be way lower then tow charge when it quits running on highway. which you would be buying all new fuel after anyhow. have to;; use a 5 gallon can strapped to fender with line to eng to run unit. crud in filter housing indicates the tank condition sometimes ..
