My one dosnt seem to change into second gear in reverse unless i press the + button. But i have done it before while moving (before you gave me the information that its not good to do) and it didnt make any noise like it dose form 6 to 7 in drive

It just contributes to compromising an already week link is all it’s not written down anywhere however if you study the working of this trans it becomes quite clear that it could help to damage the synchro shorten it’s life somewhat!

Ausmack1, There's a Company over in Perth who Specialize in I Shift M Drive Transmissions. who Fit an Upgraded (I think aftermarket European) Syncro Kit to them.
