I have a 2006 Mack Granite with the T318 Maxitorque.
I have recently purchased the truck and the transmission is now not splitting back to the low side gears. The slave valve is leaking. I have pulled it off and cleaned it and it still is leaking. I can not find a Slave Valve anywhere for this transmission. I am going to cut a new gasket for slave valve to see if it resolves the problem. After talking to a few mechanics and shops. They’ve said it could possibly be in the transmission. As the fork may not be sliding cause the valve to release the air. Any help or knowledge from past experiences would be very helpful!
