I put it in the center of the grill with charcoal at each end. I let it cook over indirect heat until it got to 135 degrees, then I put it on the little round grill over red hot charcoal for 2 minutes on each side to sear it. I cooked it on Friday because Zina was supposed to get off an hour early. She ended up having to work an hour over, so the steak was overcooked. I cooked it to 140 degrees and took it off the grill, but it stayed wrapped in the Reynolds wrap for an hour.
