Loss of power 2007 Mack granite ctp713 with the MP7

Question

Need help, truck has lost power on the top end of the gears to where the pedal is to the floor. Truck pulled a turbo actuator code, replaced that. But still same result. Should I have replaced the turbo as well with the actuator? What’s the life span of a turbo. Truck has a little more then 500k on it. But you still hear it spool, it does sound a little fainter but I figured the actuator kept the wastegate open a little bit to cause that. Any one have a similar issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you have the turbo calibrated after you replaced the actuator?
