I know I haven’t posted anything in a while, been looking for a building to buy or rent to put the old girl in out of the weather. Finally found a place to rent not as big as I wanted but what’s the old saying beggars can’t be picky. It 50 x 30 so I will have room for the b and r models.Wanted to get the b in the building this weekend but after I signed the lease the owner tells me the following day that I need to get a use and occupancy permit from the township. They want everything but my first born,4 page application. Will post some pictures later.

township has high hopes they can call you a business and get some tax revenue!!

My God it seems like a matter where you go. Everybody’s got their hands in your pockets there was looking forward to some pictures. I have never been fisherman just wasn’t brought up around that scene. I know almost nothing about it. I was 40 years old or so before I knew you needed a license to fish. You gotta be kidding, but I guess it’s always been that way like wow man.

Time and money are always a factor. Another is the mess it's going to make where you do it. I have a couple of places I used to have large pieces sandblasted. I don't have a yard where I can create that kind of mess, so it's worth it to me to have someone else do it. Plus, I don't have any of the equipment necessary to do it properly.

I think the better prepared you are for sand blasting and the easier you can make it for the bloke doing it the smoother and cheaper it is

Apparently grease and oil slows the whole show down, so having it really clean helps a lot and uses less garnett

mrsmackpaul, you are so right, with the cleanness’s.I am going to have it super clean and as much remove as possible.Going to drag it outside remove the tires, thinking of removing the hubs and just have them on the side to have blasted.

Just getting it ready for sand blasting.Going todo it my self. The fellow that gave me the price of $1400 followed it up with he charges $300 an hour he figured on doing it in 4-5 hours.I’m thinking I’ll spend at least 8-10 hours or more.I don’t have to get it all done in 1 day since I will be retired. When I finish up for the day I’ll just push it back into the shop and tomorrow another day.
