once again it's matter of pictures if possible  have not been posted previously. should be as stated  a thread on cap. if they are that tight/rusted on  wrap the cap in heavy cloth ( my day they were wrapped with burlap ) I know 90percent saying "what is burlap !!LOL then use a strap wrench or HD chain style strap wrench

now lets be careful and stay on topic LOL. 1- total confusion saying tater sack ! 2-if he has a good condition Tater sack it's worth more then the cap!!!🤣.3= figured term burlap was challenging enough to say.  LMAO.😁
