2004 Mack ch613

engine fan stays on and won’t shut off,  fan spins but doesn’t free spin, coolant temp is good, I jumped the ac switch ( green one) and no changes. Electronic fan clutch I got wiring diagrams from Ballard to chase wires. Has anyone ran into this before.

also engine brake doesn’t work as well, cruse control does and the clutch switch is working because it disengages the curse control.

Thier is abs light on for the right axle sensor( replaced sensor and tone ring due to damaged.  Have to drive the truck to clear the light the computer won’t get it to clear. Could the abs light be affecting the Jake brake? I thought I read something that it will effect it

https://pdf4pro.com/cdn/service-bulletin-mckenzie-tank-lines-a3dd0.pdf This is the bulletin on your fan clutch. In the bulletin it tell you to ground one wire and supply 12volt power to another. This should disengage the fan after a few minutes of running . If not then the fan clutch is bad.

Update on fan issue, checked for power and ground on engine harness to fan clutch. When engine running running i have power and ground, I unplug fan clutch while running and it didn’t disengage I also put power and ground to it and it still doesn’t stop so ruled out bad fan clutch
