in his defence, the glock is very hard to disassemble if you do not get the bar properly aligned. 

i bought a larger takedown bar, and still have problems sometimes. 

the glock is nothing like any other firearm that have a flip down lever.

any of my smith and wesson or sig guns i can take the barrel and slide off in under 15 seconds.

the glocks take over a minute to get the barrel and slide off.

after watching the video again, i realized what he did wrong. 

AFTER pulling the slide back a hair and releasing the slide lock, you need to pull the trigger to release the slide for disassembly.   he never pulled the trigger, so it would not come apart.
