I know I haven't kept up with the new trucks  but description states a WATERCOOLED intercooler. not knowing the year ; being a 300 is it possibly an AIRCOOLED (tip turbine ) 300 ???

Maybe its like our Cruiseliner EM6 300 with the intercooler bolted to the rad.Its still air to air intercooling but could be mistaken as part of the rad by soneone not familier with the set up...

Either way a snow plow has trouble getting air unless it has the flapper valve to draw air from under the hood.

Nice one..never thought of that problem with a plow.We get very little snow so the road authority just hires wheel loaders to clear the roads. My brother was part of the management team in Shannon airport where because of the airports intetnational status it has to have a fleet of plows at the ready.15 years ago they bought 10 new Iveco plows and last year  they replaced them with new plows....The Ivecos were NEVER used....They were maintained and drove around the airport to keep them up to scratch. That shows how often we get snow here.. .. Still gets dam cold though.

About the same thing here most winners we only get a few inches and it’s melted off by a noon  time just don’t like the cold air quite a stretch not always sometimes we get socked in thankfully I’m retired now and most days I don’t have to go anywhere
