I have to say my day, and probably week, has been made. The entire company was buzzing around this truck at some point, and obviously for good reason. I talked with the owner of the truck for a long time, and learned the history on this beast. It was the last display truck at the Mack HQ before Volvo took over, it is the inspiration for the Collector's Pin Set, and apparently was the model used to create the Superliner for the Farming Simulator game. I'm genuinely excited to have been part of this unit's history, and all I had to do was match up Schrader valves. The owner gave me permission to post it here, and said it'll be going to the Macungie show Lord willing!

The truck looks amazing!

I like the color combo and balance in the amounts of chrome and painted parts.

Thanks for sharing.

Being a 1976 it should actually be an ENDT676 OR 675.

It's 1979. Superliner was not in series until 1978/79.

I don't know from which year a E6 designation started being in use though.

E6 designation started in the early 80's I believe. We've had trucks up to 1981 that still had ENDT676 engine designations.  Our 1988 has an EM6-300L, so somewhere between 81 and 88 they changed it. Probably when the 4 valve heads came in.
