I found a torque chart that shows an em6-300 having the same torque output of an em7-300 which is 1425 ft. Lbs. I then found a Mack brochure on the em6-300 “econodyne” which shows it to only have 1125 ft. Lbs. My question is what needs to be done to the econodyne model to get it to the 1425 torque? It does not have Robert Bosch pump, looks like Ambac. Does the pump just need to be reworked or what?

Maxidynes make 90%+ peak torque from roughly 1000-1200 RPMs up to the governor. I'd expect the fuel pump to be the biggest factor. For 5.9L 12v Cummins engines there's a fuel plate in the pump you can slide or replace to make substantial changes to the fueling.  I've never tampered with fuel pumps other than to adjust idle and gov speeds, so this one is above my pay grade.
