Yes, I remember those days and yes, those trucks are really hard to find a good shape. They’re usually all rotted out. Good luck with it. Great find and yes, I know what you mean about hours I have not got any time to do anything during the week myself… bob

When I worked on trucks, they always made us put a chain on the cab if we were taking it over center. We never had one try to let go, but I know it happens (like yours).

I've been thinking the same thing about the shape that truck is in. That must have been top of the line in '67....and somebody treated it that way.
