I would have never thought of cab mounts being the issue, I'll have to remember that. Reminds me of the old worn out Skid loaders have a similar problem where  the slop in the steering gets too great and the machine will randomly start bucking violently.

I just happen to look under the front corner and saw the cab bolt and I grabbed it and it was loose.  It was like"Bingo"!

Since the throttle comes up through the floor, any time the cab was bouncing going down the road, it was wiggling the throttle even if you were holding the pedal steady.
