A guy from the Netherlands was trying to make a scale model of a Rd800 awhile back ago but he hasn't posted in a while. I also couldn't find many ads or spec sheets for the RD's.

Are you AppalachianRust from YouTube? I want to see a scale model of one of those off road Macks!

sure chose a fantastic model to experiment with.  RD800 not only rugged looking but a little less "known" model. 1/14 out of my scale dept. I'm still in the infancy stage of 1/24 ==1/25. building for over 60 yrs. LOL

I use to buy my 1/14 scale tamiya cabs from shapeways. Not sure if you can still buy from them?

I have got the file for a cab I scaled up and cut into sections to make it easier ti print. Besides they are a bit expensive for my wallet.

that's lookin real good. not counting fact we might be moving soon;I have tooooo many projects going on now. sit down time to build a number of 1/25th scale projects even seems difficult to come by lately. that 1/14th is tempting . past summer I increase my 1/25 inventory more than I should have. doesn't take much when a complete kit is bought just for fuel tanks /wheels/or an engine.
