can I use high temp RTV to fill the gap above the second gasket? 

Nice and clean. Are you adding more RTV at this point ? I am still concerned about how much oil was pumped out. I am thinking there is a bit too much play in the turbine shaft.

The truck runs way too smooth. I’m going to let all of this cure and we will see what happens.

I know its too late now,,, but are you absolutely sure the elbow mounted to the engine isnt restricting the oil, as if there was too much RTV that squeezed into the port.  Another thought, have you cleaned the steel wool filter in the overboard breather.? Is it breathing good?

I cleaned it up nice before the RTV I replaced the filter in the overboard breather not long ago I will check it again.
