cfd511 Posted August 11 Share Posted August 11 Hello all I ordered a new hood for my 2008 mack granite and the hood doesn't fit. Im sending it back but having a hard time finding the right one . The vin number on my truck is 1M1AX07Y98M001244. The mack dealer gave me the old part number #82QM4158M and the new # 82049630. the weird thing is nothing shows up on google and rants truck parts also can't get those numbers to work. Does anyone on here have a hood I can buy or do you know the right number. You can get the complete hood right now, plenty in Mack warehouses; part number 1QM4316M -> 23397375 (Hood) and 82392414 (Spring Assembly) QTY 2. The hood I have should fit so im gunna bring to a body shop to see if they can fix it.
